CNS Tuned Polaris Patriot Boost Clutch Kit (2022–2026)

Our CNS Tuned Patriot Boost Clutch Kit was developed and tested in house at Cycles and Sleds. We spent hours dialing in our custom weights, spring setup, and helix to get better acceleration, stronger midrange pull, and increased track speed out of the Patriot Boost.

Performance Gains

Here's what we've seen compared to the stock clutch setup during our testing:

• 5–7 MPH increase in track speed
• 1/2 to 1 sled length quicker off the bottom
• Stronger midrange pull with harder acceleration through the throttle
• 3–4 sled lengths faster in our testing
• 1/4" more shift-out on the primary clutch
• More playful and responsive feel throughout the powerband

Results are based on our testing and may vary depending on elevation, snow conditions, and sled setup.

Primary Spring Recommendation

We highly recommend picking up an extra primary spring with your kit. The Polaris P22 clutch is known for breaking primary springs, even with the factory setup. One primary spring is included in the kit, but having a spare on hand is a good idea.

An additional spare primary spring is sold separately.
